Delivery

1.1 We use Australia Post first class to post your impression kit to you and provide a pre-paid first class envelope for you to return your impression to us.

1.2 We use (unless otherwise stated) Australia Post Registered Post to deliver your final piece of jewellery.

1.3 As per the terms and conditions of Registered Post, we require a signature at the point of delivery for your final piece of jewellery.

1.4 Additional delivery charges may apply if ordering outwith Australia

1.5 We at Claytime PTY LTD cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to your goods whilst in transit by Australia Post or other mailing agencies as any damage caused would be deemed outwith our control.

1.6 An additional charge for an impression kit will be necessary if your impression kit or impression is lost or damaged in the post (see terms & conditions for details) as this will be deemed outwith our control.

1.7 We at Claytime PTY LTD cannot be held responsible for delays to your delivery (ie postal strike) as this is deemed outwith our control.

1.8 We will post your order to you as soon as possible however, if you require your jewellery by a specific date, please let us know as soon as possible and we will endeavour to meet your request.

1.9 Delivery times and days may vary depending on regional or international variances.

1.10 We aim to provide you with your jewellery up to a maximum of three weeks from us receiving your childs impression.

1.11 We reserve the right to change delivery options or suppliers at any time and without notice or consultation.
